This Privacy Policy describes how SIA “OffBeat IT” (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use the Pixel2Pixel Save Image as Google Chrome™ extension (the “Service”). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), SIA “OffBeat IT” is the data controller for the limited personal data described below.

2. Scope

This Policy applies solely to information processed in connection with the Service. It does not apply to information collected by third‑party websites, services, or payment providers that you may access via the Service.

We have designed the Service to operate with minimal data collection. We do not transmit or store copies of the images you save, your browsing history, or any other content you interact with while using the extension.

We collect no other personal data.

4. How We Use Information

• To activate and validate your license and provide the Service;
• To process the one‑time payment via ExtensionPay and Stripe;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent use or abuse;
• To respond to support requests;
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA Users)

• Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing necessary to deliver the Service and license you requested;
• Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — our interest in securing and improving the Service, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

6. Sharing of Information

• Payment Providers — ExtensionPay and Stripe receive license and billing information to process your purchase and manage renewals;
• Service Providers — third parties that host error‑logging infrastructure (only when you opt in to send a bug report);
• Legal & Safety — where required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

7. International Transfers

ExtensionPay and Stripe may transfer and store data on servers outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where such transfers occur, they use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms to safeguard your information.

8. Data Retention

• License & Payment Data: retained by ExtensionPay/Stripe in accordance with their retention schedules and applicable tax laws.
• Locally Cached License Token: stored in your browser until you uninstall the extension.
• Support E‑mails: deleted within 24 months after the ticket is closed unless longer retention is required by law.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures—including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and minimal data collection—to protect information. No system can be 100 % secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights (EEA/UK Users)

Subject to restrictions under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion;
• Object to or restrict our processing;
• Receive a copy of your data in portable format;
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
